CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, you must let me know at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
- If you have NOT notified me of need to cancel appointment 24 HOURS BEFORE your secheduled session, you will be charged. *
- If you are a no-show for your session, you will be charged for that session.
- In the event that I am unable to attend a scheduled session I will do my best to give you 24 hours notice and reschedule within the same week.
- You may cancel via email, text message or phone.
- All packages and sessions have an expiration from the date of purchase.
-Packages when committing to 2 sessions/week expire within 2 month
-Packages when committing to 1 session/week expire within 3 months - No Refunds.
- I understand that emergencies and illnesses do occur and I will address each situation as they arise.
- All Sessions must be pre-paid 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Scheduled session will not be confirmed until payment is received.
- Lack of payment 2 days prior to your scheduled session allows your time-slot to be lost or re-booked due to lack of payment.
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule sessions in a pre-paid package, you will have 24 hrs to do so, before being charged full price.
- All pre-paid package sessions will roll-over until the experation date.
